According to Forbes, BRGs have been known to drive employee performance, provide opportunities for informal leadership and talent development, and create an open environment for expressing concerns and ideas. Freddie Mac’s voluntary, employee-led BRGs are organized around a uniting factor, such as lifestyle, shared interest or cultural background, and provide opportunities for learning, networking, mentorship, professional development and collaboration.
Today, Freddie Mac is home to 10 BRGs, which serve the dual purpose of strengthening our diverse and inclusive culture while finding innovative ways to address business challenges.
